Eyelash Enhancements
Can I wear eye makeup with eyelash extensions? Yes, you can wear makeup as long as the products are oil free and you use an oil-free makeup remover. However, you CANNOT use mascara on the lashes… ever. Keep in mind, most clients find that they don’t feel the need to wear makeup while they have extensions because the extensions tend to give a “makeup” look, so they get to save time!
How do I care for my lashes? Make sure you cleanse them and brush them daily. They’re very care-free as long as they are clean. We sell lash cleanser and provide you with lash brushes, make sure to ask for some at your appointment.
What is the aftercare for a lash lift? Please don’t get your lashes wet for 24 hours as they set. After that, you are free to wear makeup as you please.
Can I wear contacts while I get my lashes done? We suggest that you remove contact lenses while receiving your service. If you forget solution or a case, we provide them in the bathroom for you at no cost!
Can I remove the lash extensions myself? We suggest that if you choose to stop wearing lash extensions you contact us to safely remove your lashes for you. Not having them removed by a professional leaves you at risk of damaging your natural lashes. Professional removal is a very quick and painless service.

Semi-Permanent Makeup
Which eyebrow service is best for me? Typically we can decide together what service is best for you and this can be done during a consultation. We can also do consultations over the phone or virtually! Whether it’s traditional microblading, or combo brows, we are able to cater to your desires. Consultations are extensive before we begin the actual service, so you don’t need to book a separate consultation if it’s not conducive to your schedule, and most of our services are the same timing, so you’re able to change it up when you come to your appointment. We understand that this is a nerve-wrecking service and we don’t want to add anymore stress to your exciting service, small changes are usually something that we can accommodate if it’s switching up between traditional microblading and combo brows… this is your face, after all!
How do I prepare for the appointment? Make sure you have not had any alcohol or unnecessary blood thinners (ibuprofen included) within 24 hours of your appointment. If you are getting lip blush, it is crucial that you are taking OTC L-Lysine for a week before your appointment and a week after. Bring your phone or a book, as there is a lot of downtime during this service.
Does it hurt?? While this service is not particularly relaxing, we use topical lidocaine at several points during the service to make you as comfortable as possible. ALL of our clients make it through the service and are surprised by how minimal the pain is. Most clients are very happy to find that they don’t find it to be nearly as bad as they anticipated!

Skincare Services
How do I choose which facial to begin with? Consultations can be booked separately, or you can message us on instagram. We will discuss your skin concerns and commitment to treatment and come up with a plan for you.
How often should I get facials? Every 4-6 weeks is ideal to reach your optimum skin health. Your skin is your biggest organ and it is important to get on a schedule to take care of your skin. The better condition your skin is in, the more confident you will feel, and remember preventative services are less costly than reparative services!
I can’t decide between a traditional facial or a HydraFacial… which is better? Now you don’t have to choose! We have a “Luxe & Lavish HydraFacial” which is the best of both worlds. You get the medical benefits and cult-favorite results of the HydraFacial, but also get the relaxing elements of massage, mask, and ice globes that are typically found in a traditional facial.
Are facials pregnancy-safe? Yes! You can indulge in facials while pregnant, we will customize the products we use to make sure they are safe during pregnancy and we can adjust the table to make sure you are comfortable while you are here.
What should I use at home? We sell professional grade skincare and can help you develop a routine that is feasible for you at home. You don’t have to start fresh, we are also happy to help you finish up any products you may have at home already and implement some new products that would complement what you’re already using!
